What is a 30-day cookie duration?
A 30-day cookie duration means that when a user clicks on your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. For each purchase user makes within those 30 days, you will receive the commission for that sale.
Does the affiliate program apply to all purchases?
The affiliate program currently applies only to purchases of our desktop products. Unfortunately, iOS and Android purchases are not eligible for commissions under our affiliate program at this time.
Can I still promote mobile apps through the affiliate program?
Yes, you can still promote our mobile apps. However, please note that you will not receive a commission for purchases made on iOS and Android platforms. Your promotions can still benefit from increased brand awareness and potential desktop product sales.
