Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Manager and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of content and social media strategies. You will create engaging content that resonates with our audience of music producers and audio enthusiasts, managing our social media channels to promote our products and build community. This role requires a mix of creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the audio software landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop, write, and manage high-quality content tailored to our audience (blogs, product guides, tutorials, newsletters).Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling product launch content and user education materials.Maintain a content calendar that aligns with product releases, industry events, and marketing goals.Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and is optimized for organic growth.Regularly audit content to ensure it’s up-to-date and aligned with current brand goals.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and implement social media strategies that engage and grow our audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Manage daily social media activity, including content creation (posts, stories, reels), community interaction, and responding to messages or comments.Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and the audio software industry to keep content fresh and relevant.Collaborate with influencers, musicians, and audio creators to enhance brand awareness and credibility.Monitor social media KPIs and use insights to optimize performance and drive engagement.

SEO and Analytics:

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to ensure content visibility and search engine ranking.Track and analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and social media platform insights.Adjust content and social media strategies based on analytics and feedback to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or audio software space.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and content management systems (e.g., Prismic).
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SERanking).
  • Strong interest or experience in music production, audio software, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with visual content creation (e.g., basic graphic design, video editing) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the audio production and software industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing, paid social media advertising, and influencer outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of music production tools or DAWs (digital audio workstations).
  • Ability to work with multimedia content, including video and audio editing.
